Unitized Deburring Wheels
Twister Non-Woven Unitize wheels are punched out of a grain impregnated compressed fiber slab.
Available in different grit sizes, grit types as well as different densities.
Used in light deburring and polishing applications on both stationary and hand held machines.
Safety
Non-Woven Unitized Wheels perform best between 15-30m/s, this giving the optimum balance between stock removal, surface finish, cutting temperature and life.
- NB! Excess speed is dangerous and may result in disintegration, shedding and overheating.
- NEVER USE DEBURRING WHEELS AT SPEEDS IN EXCESS OF 35m/s.
- Do not use wet or in any coolant or oil.
- Use in accordance to ANSI B7.1.
