Twister Non-Woven Flap wheels are used for, light deburring, polishing, decorative finishing and blending of all kinds of regular and irregular surfaces.
Safety
Performs best between 10-20m/s, this giving the optimum balance between stock removal, surface finish, cutting temperature and wheel life.
- NB! Excess speed is dangerous and may result in wheel disintegration, flaps pulling out, grain shedding and overheating.
- NEVER USE FLAP WHEELS AT SPEEDS IN EXCESS OF 35m/s.
- Do not use wet or in any coolant or oil. Flap wheels are direction sensitive.
- Use in accordance with ANSI B7.1.
