Twister Non-Woven Interleaved Flap wheels are used for, light deburring, polishing, decorative finishing and blending of all kinds of regular and irregular surfaces.
Safety
Interleaved wheels perform best between 15-20m/s, this giving the optimum balance between stock removal, surface finish, cutting temperature and wheel life.
NB! Excess speed is dangerous and may result in wheel disintegration, flaps pulling out, grain shedding and overheating.
NEVER USE NON WOVEN WHEELS AT SPEEDS IN EXCESS OF 40m/s!
Do not use wet or with any coolant or oil. Flap wheels are direction sensitive.
Use in accordance with ANSI B7.1.
