Santek Quick-Loc Discs are used for grinding, dressing, deburring, polishing and blending of metal surfaces.
Small and flexible, Quick-Loc discs prove highly effective for stock removal and blending of surfaces in both general and tight spaces.
Available with an option of a plastic male or a female metal, thread button.
Safety
Quick-Loc Discs perform best between 20-30m/s, this giving the optimum balance between stock removal, surface finish, cutting temperature and wheel life.
- NB! Excess speed is dangerous and may result in product disintegration, grain shedding and overheating.
- NEVER USE QUICK-LOC DISCS AT SPEEDS IN EXCESS OF 40m/s!
- Do not use wet or in any coolant or oil.
- Use in accordance to ANSI B7.1.
