Santek Propeller & Slotted discs are ganged, locked together and used to grind and sand in tight spaces.
Made from J-weight, X-weight or Y-weight abrasive cloth depending on the application and aggression required.
Safety
Propeller & Slotted discs perform best between 10-20m/s, this giving the optimum balance between stock removal, surface finish, cutting temperature and life.
- NB! Excess speed is dangerous and may result in disc disintegration, grain shedding and overheating.
- NEVER USE PROPELLER & SLOTTED DISCS AT SPEEDS IN EXCESS OF 30m/s.
- Do not use wet or in any coolant or oil.
- Use in accordance to ANSI B7.1.
