Safety
Non-Woven Flap Discs perform best between 30-50m/s, this giving the optimum balance between stock removal, surface finish, cutting temperature and life.
- NB! Excess speed is dangerous and may result in the disc disintegration, flaps pulling out, grain shedding and overheating.
- NEVER USE FLAP DISCS AT SPEEDS IN EXCESS OF 80m/s.
- Do not use wet or in any coolant or oil.
- Use in accordance with ANSI B7.1.
