Felt or Wool Polishing Discs
Santek Felt is assembled into various different finished products to be used to achieve a high gloss buffed finish.
Used in conjunction with either liquid or solid polishing compounds felt products can be used on a variety of materials.
Polishing compounds should be selected based on the desired finish and the type of material being polished.
Safety
Felt polishing products perform best between 10-20m/s, this giving the optimum balance between , surface finish, temperature and product life.
NB! Excess speed is dangerous and may result in disintegration and overheating.
- NEVER USE AT SPEEDS IN EXCESS OF 80m/s.
- Do not use wet or in any coolant or oil.
- Use in accordance with ANSI B7.1.
