Twister Non-Woven Convolute wheels are mad from resin impregnated compressed fleece fiber.
Available in different grit sizes and grit types.
Used in light deburring and polishing applications on both stationary and hand held machines.
Safety
Non-Woven Unitized Wheels perform best between 15-30m/s, this giving the optimum balance between stock removal, surface finish, cutting temperature and life.
- NB! Excess speed is dangerous and may result in disintegration, shedding and overheating.
- NEVER USE CONVOLUTE WHEELS AT SPEEDS IN EXCESS OF 35m/s.
- Do not use wet or in any coolant or oil.
- Use in accordance to ANSI B7.1.
