Abrasive Cones
Santek Body Cones are used for grinding, dressing, deburring and blending of all kinds of surfaces.
Commonly used to polish bottle moulds as well as in the shoe repair industry.
Safety
Body Cones perform best between 20-25m/s, this giving the optimum balance between stock removal, surface finish, cutting temperature and Wheel life.
- NB! Excess speed is dangerous and may result in cone disintegration, grain shedding and overheating.
- NEVER USE BODY CONES AT SPEEDS IN EXCESS OF 30m/s.
- Do not use wet or in any coolant or oil. Cartridge rolls are direction sensitive.
- Use in accordance to ANSI B7.1.
